Regional Youth Governance and Chairs & CEOs Conference 11th – 13th June 2009
19 young people (residents, volunteers, staff) and 22 Chairs, Board Members, CEOs and Senior Staff from 11 YMCAs met together at Ramada Hotel in Sutton Coldfield for the annual Midlands Conference. The event focussed on inter-generational issues, servant-leadership and working together.
Pip Wilson (www.pipwilson.com) facilitated the event. He enabled the young people to lead sessions with the Chairs & CEOs, which all found really powerful.
